The largest retail property owner in North Texas has opened a new neighborhood market in Mesquite, about 18 miles southeast of downtown Dallas. Notable features include curbside pickup, a fuel and convenience store, an on-site pharmacy and clinic, a gourmet cheese section, fresh sushi prepared in front of customers and tortillas made in-house.
