A new indoor retail marketplace is coming to Mesquite's Gus Thomasson Road corridor, projected to bring more than 100 jobs and millions in sales tax revenue to the area.

Irving Plaza Partners signed a 10-year lease to redevelop 14,000 square feet of the 70,000-square-foot building at 5101 Gus Thomasson Road into Mesquite Plaza, an indoor mall featuring 70 individually owned retail spaces.
