Redevelopment of Downtown Mesquite and continuing support of the Town East/Market East retail areas.
Skyline TIRZ No. 7
Development of 60-acre medical mixed-use campus.
Gus Thomasson TIRZ No. 8
Redevelopment of Gus Thomasson corridor and IH-30 sites and targeted shopping centers.
Town East/Skyline TIRZ No. 9
Industrial district redevelopment and destination highway commercial development.
Polo Ridge TIRZ No. 10
Development of 1,012 new home sites along the IH-20 corridor within Trinity Pointe.
Heartland Town Center TIRZ No. 11
Development of 450 new home sites and 25-acre commercial district along the IH-20 corridor within Trinity Pointe.
IH-20 Business Park TIRZ No. 12
Development of industrial product around the Mesquite Metro Airport and North of I-20.
